Orders placed before 11:00am NZST on business days are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends, or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Within New Zealand, parcels are delivered via NZ Post premium courier. A signature is required unless you have selected Authority to Leave in your delivery instructions.

- Free courier shipping on orders over $100
- $9.99 courier shipping on orders below $100
Changing Orders & Tracking
Once submitted, order items cannot be changed. If you need to update your delivery address, contact support as soon as possible (changes are not always possible). After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details.
