Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, expired on arrival, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

After review, we may provide a replacement, a full refund, or store credit.
Return Shipping, In-Store, and Wholesale
If the return is due to our error or a product fault, we cover return shipping. In-store purchases should be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days. For wholesale orders, damaged/expired/incorrect stock should be reported within 30 days of delivery; change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
