When will my order be dispatched?+
Orders placed before 11:00am NZST on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
How is shipping charged?+
Shipping is free for orders over $100. Orders below $100 are $9.9. Rural delivery is $20.
Can I change my order after placing it?+
Submitted orders cannot be changed for item selection. If you need to update the delivery address, contact support as soon as possible (changes are not always possible).
How do I track my parcel?+
After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and tracking number.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?+
No. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for change-of-mind purchases.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?+
Contact us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number plus photos. After assessment, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
